Batman Begins CCXP Exclusive 2020

Curator's note

Batman Begins (2005), directed by Christopher Nolan, who set out to root Batman's origin in a 'recognizable, contemporary reality' rather than comic-book fantasy. The film also dropped the usual Zorro-movie homage from Bruce Wayne's backstory, making bats themselves the sole reason behind his chosen symbol. Iron Studios' statue is built around this take on the character and was released as a CCXP 2020 convention exclusive.
