Mística - Marvel Comics Series #7

Curator's note

Mystique, created by Chris Claremont and Dave Cockrum, first appearing in Ms. Marvel #16 (1978). A shapeshifter over a century old, born Raven Darkhölme, capable of mimicking anyone's face and voice; she has spent decades moving between villainy and uneasy alliance with the X-Men, serving as Rogue's adoptive mother and, in male form, as Nightcrawler's biological father with her wife Destiny. This piece belongs to Iron Studios' Marvel Comics Series #7 line.
