Luke Skywalker and Grogu - The Mandalorian

Curator's note

Grogu, conceived by Jon Favreau for The Mandalorian's 2019 debut, a fifty-year-old member of Yoda's unnamed species with an infant's face and an outsized command of the Force. Luke Skywalker, created by George Lucas for the original 1977 Star Wars, appears here as the Jedi Master of Chapter 16, "The Rescue," cutting down Dark Trooper droids before taking the foundling to train as his own. The scene closes on Din Djarin's helmet coming off, the first time he lets Grogu see his face.
